Commercial Applicators:
RAW is currently seeking Commercial Applicators for vegetation control on the Railroad. These positions require employees to travel for 4 – 6 weeks on duty with a 1 week break.
Duties include operating equipment to apply herbicides on the railroad with a 3 – 4 man crew.
Travel includes 15 states throughout the central US, including Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas Wisconsin and Wyoming. The spray season runs for approximately 9 months (January – September). During the off-season, employees work in the shop performing various tasks such as maintaining and building equipment. Employees work 40 hours per week during the off-season or take a voluntary layoff.
All applicants must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver's license with a clear driving record, pass a DOT medical physical, drug screen and background check.
Competitive wages with 60 – 80+ hours per week (overtime after 40 hours), insurance benefits, 401(k) and paid travel expenses (hotels, meals, etc.).
*Auto Body Technician:
RAW is currently seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician for their new body shop facility to maintain company pickups and trailers. Experience and/or schooling in the collision repair field preferred; however, willing to train recent tech graduate. Duties will include: writing estimates, ordering parts, completing vehicle repairs and painting. Competitive wages, insurance benefits, 401(k) and $1000 sign-on bonus.
Mechanic:
RAW is currently seeking a skilled Mechanic to maintain a fleet of company vehicles and equipment. Applicant should be ASE Certified or Dealer trained and have at least 2 years of experience. Competitive wages, insurance benefits, 401(k) and $1000 sign-on bonus available.
